Digital Assets Needed

To create a quality business listing our editorial team will need up to fourteen of the following digital assets.

Digital Assets Needed:

1. Business Name: (same as your Google Business Profile)
2. Business Address: (same as your Google Business Profile)
3. Phone number: (same as your Google Business Profile)
4. Business Images or Video: (YouTube link needs to be provided)
5. Modality/Specialisation(s)
6. Business Information (provide two to three paragraphs of content about your business)
7. Date Established
8. Business opening hours
9. Range of Consultation cost: (for example, between $90 and $150)
10. Email address: (one email address)
11. Website address
12. Facebook (social media is optional)
13. Instagram
14. Twitter/X

The business listing will have the same business contact and location details as your Google Business Profile (GBP). If you do have a Google Business Profile please provide the exact GBP and our editorial team will link the same Google Maps name, address and phone number. When we create a business listing we make sure it’s the same details as your GBP. This helps your local search engine optimisation rankings.

If you have reviews on Google Business Profile we can add up to five, 5-star Google Reviews.

Below are examples of image aspect ratios for images and other promotional image tiles that can be added to the directory. All digital assets will be designed with your business brand identity colours. We will use your website or social media pages for brand identity colour matching.

Image Sizes

The following guidelines ensure a professional appearance for the listing. If you cannot supply images in the specified format, kindly provide high resolution landscape images, and our team will handle re-sizing the image.

Note: the Services/Promo tiles have limited space for content. Ensure the text you provide is as close as possible to the word count on the sample image placeholder shown below.

Publishing Your Directory Listing

The Better Health Hub directory listing is completely free and there are no obligations or ongoing costs. Below is the process for publishing and approvals.

Once you send your digital assets to our editorial team we will create your free listing and send you proof for approval
Please review the proof and provide your approval or make changes.
As this is a free service we require your changes to be concise as we only allow one set of changes.

If you re-locate your business or any business details change please notify our marketing department at Liberty Marketing (see contact details below) and we will update the listing free of charge.
When we publish your listing, we will send you the link.
