For online purchases, credit card payment is the primary option. Health practitioners interested in purchasing practitioner-grade products may either pay by credit card or arrange a bulk order, which includes free shipping.
Note: We provide direct debit for products or services over $500 for practitioners placing bulk orders.
If you would like to pay by direct bank transfers for products or services, your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Yes, please use our Contact Us web form to contact our in-house Naturopath. As soon as your email is received our Naturpath will arrange a time to contact you.
We can ship your products to any address you require. Please list in the delivery section at checkout your delivery address and your separate billing address to receive the confirmation order. Use the additional message text feild for any additional delivery instructions.
If you are a practitioner, Sanum and AMA products can be shipped direct to your patient. Please list in the delivery section at checkout the patient’s name and address and add your separate billing address to receive the confirmation order which includes payment and tax information. Use the additional message text feild for any additional delivery instructions.
Better Health Hub will process, pack and send your products on the same day (for standard business hours) After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order with a delivery tracking code. Delivery times longer than 48 hours will depend on your location. Please use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator for delivery timeframe.

Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery and parcel tracking instrucitons. As soon as we receive your order the Better Health Hub team will process, pack and deliver your order on the same day or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation of order and payment. You will not receive an invoice for your order. However, as a health practitioner with an account with Better Health Hub, you can view and manage your purchase details through your account dashboard on our website.
